Learning Objectives

  1. Identify the most common musculoskeletal imbalances that can cause pain and/or dysfunction
  2. Assess a client to identify musculoskeletal imbalances
  3. Describe the most common functional movement patterns involved in walking and in sports
  4. Describe the functional anatomy involved in these functional movement patterns
  5. Develop complete self-myofascial release programs
